For current clients: If you don’t see a time that works for you, please add yourself to the JaneApp wait list or email helen@helenbeynon.com with your availability and we’ll try to find a time that works! I do get cancellations and can try to fit you in earlier.

For in-person appointments, if you have any cold or flu symptoms, please switch to a virtual appointment or reschedule.

I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I weave together elements of experiential, emotionally-focused, somatic therapies and mindfulness.
